1. Overview

At Rebel13 Collections, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and refund process in accordance with Jamaican consumer protection laws and international e-commerce best practices.

This policy explains how you may return eligible items, request exchanges, or claim refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging (tags, boxes, bags) must be intact and included.

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice) is required.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package your item(s) and send them to the address provided, quoting your RAN clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent, we will cover return shipping costs.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your return is not approved (e.g., due to evidence of use, damage, or outside the return window), the item will be sent back to you at your cost.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer you the choice of a refund or store credit.

  • We can exchange for a different size, color, or another item of equal or lesser value (any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly).

Please note: We do not hold exchange items until the original is returned and processed.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Provide photographs clearly showing the issue.

  • We will either send you a replacement, issue a refund, or provide store credit, at your choice and at no extra cost.

Failure to report damages within the stated time may affect your eligibility for an exchange or refund.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting [email protected].

  • After 1 hour, your order may have been processed or shipped, in which case it cannot be canceled and you must proceed through the return process.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, out-of-stock items) and will issue a full refund in such cases.


8. Store Credit

In some cases, you may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:

  • Will be issued via an electronic gift card

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on any future purchase at rebel13collections.com


9. Exceptions for Jamaican Customers

For customers located within Jamaica:

  • Where required by law, additional consumer protections may apply, including specific rights to return or replacement under the Consumer Protection Act, 2005 (Jamaica).

  • These rights shall take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.


10. Important Notes

  • Refund Fraud Prevention: All returns are subject to inspection and verification. Multiple high-value returns or suspicious return behavior may result in restrictions or refusal of future returns.

  • Seasonal Sales Policy: Items purchased during Black Friday, Christmas sales, or other promotional periods may have stricter return conditions, disclosed at the time of sale.

  • International Returns: Customers outside of Jamaica must ensure correct documentation is attached to returned shipments to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred on return parcels.
